The strength of a law firm rests in the qualification and experience of their team. As a firm, Primarc Solicitors are proud to have an array of legal talent all coupled into a successful legal team. A brief outline of our team is as follows:

Mr. Sajeev Kooran – Director

Mr. Kooran is the driving force behind the success of this law firm. He is the Director of the law firm and has been working as solicitor from the year 2004. Mr. Kooran has a wealth of experience in multiple legal fields, which includes property law, family law and immigration. In addition to being the Director of the firm, he is also the head of the family, immigration and property law departments. As an individual, he is fluent in multiple languages which include Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and English.

Away from work Sajeev is a devoted family man who enjoys travelling, listening to music.


Mr. Satnam Singh – Director

Mr Singh admitted as a Solicitor on 15/14/2010 and has been working with The Primarc Solicitors since June 2011. He has a Bachelor Degree in Sociology; Political Science; Public Administration and Masters in International Politics & Relations; Political Asylum, Nationality, Human Rights (MA) and LLB with the capability of multi-linguistic skills-English, Hindi, Punjabi , Urdu to deal with multi-diverse clients through his friendly approach.

He is an experienced Solicitor in Conveyancing-Residential & Commercial, Immigration, Family Law ,Will & Probate , Landlord & Tenant.

He has a lots of interest in Music, Cooking, Gardening; DIY and enjoy his free time with these extra activities.


Ms. Gemma Mascarenhas – Director (Solicitor/Mediator)

Gemma studied Law at the University of Westminster and completed Bar Vocational Course at Inns Of Court School of Law in London. She then completed a Masters degree in Public International Law, focusing primarily on the rights of the child and importance of family.

Whilst studying for her Masters Gemma started work as a paralegal in a criminal law firm before then moving into a family law firm where she spent two years in her family set gaining experience in all aspects of family law. It was here that Gemma completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and qualified as a Solicitor. Since qualifying in 2012, Gemma has spent much time gaining further knowledge on all aspects of family law ranging from divorce and ancillary relief to child arrangement orders and all Section 8 applications.

In addition to family law matters Gemma has a solid knowledge of matters relating to housing and landlord and tenacy, as well as wills and probates.

Further to acting as a solicitor Gemma also conduct work as a mediator within the offices, with the aim of helping families in conflict to reach the best possible resolution for their family unit.

Gemma is passionate about family law. She is committed and motivated to achieve the best possible outcome, priding herself on working with clients in a compassionate and sensitive manner. She has an efficient yet empathetic approach, understanding the need to provide practical advice and realistic solutions.


Mr Juhel Miah - Solicitor / Director

Mr. Juhel Miah qualified in 2014 and is a Partner and a Solicitor within the firm.

His experience extends over a period of 15 years and he is proficient in all aspects of both residential and commercial property transactions along with experience in commercial finance, Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Company matters.

He is an energetic and enthusiastic professional who thrives on providing a personal service no matter what the circumstances of your particular case may be.

He is fluent in Bengali and Hindi and his hobbies are reading and spending time with his family.


Mr. Henry Cheng – SOLICITOR

Henry has finished his recognised training period and is awaiting the admission to the Solicitor roll.

Henry started his legal career in volunteering in varies of law centre while he was studying his undergraduate degree of which he has gained valuable experiences.

Amongst many areas of law Henry has come across, he has a great passion in Family law.

He loves reading and listening to music while he is less busy.


Mr. Leeladhara Bhandary – Associate

Mr. Leeladhara's expertise is mainly focused on immigration law, analysis and processing of UK visa applications such as Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4, Tier 5, PBS dependants, Spouse visa, Domestic worker visa, Family and Private life, and EEA extended family member visa, Asylum and Stateless applications, Settlement and Naturalization applications, Immigration Appeals and Judicial Reviews.

Mr. Leeladhara did his Masters in International Commercial Law from the University of Surrey. He also completed his Master in Philosophy in International Human Rights Law and Masters in International Law. Before joining Primarc Solicitors Mr. Leeladhara was working as a Legal Officer at Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation, New Delhi, India. He is fluent in several Indian languages including Hindi, Kannada, Tulu and Malayalam. He is also a Member of British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Alumni of Hague Academy of International Law.

Mr Leeladhara has travelled and worked in different parts of the world and gained wide legal knowledge.


Mr. S. Moyo is an Associate within the Firm.

Mr. S. Moyo, an Associate within the Firm, holds a FD (Legal Practice) from London Metropolitan University, LLB (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin Law School, and is a candidate for Cilex Graduate Fast Track Diploma. His experience in Immigration, Human Rights, Asylum seekers and Refugee law extends over a period of 13 years and he is proficient in other aspects of law, including Litigation, Employment, Fitness to Practice (NMC) cases, Family, Child law, Charity, Housing, Landlord, Tenant and Company matters.

He is a good Listener and his strong Advocacy and Mediation skills set him apart.
